When you rent a flat, house or office in Enfield, it is important that it is in tip-top condition.
This gives you a great base to start from when moving into your new home.
For example, if you are renting a flat and there is dust, dirt or any other type of contaminants on the floors, walls or ceilings then they will be found by your new tenant. This could result in them ending up having to spend hours cleaning the whole property before they move in or possibly even repaying their deposit. If this was to happen, who wants to pay for this? Not us!
Enfield is a town centre in the London Borough of Enfield. It used to be part of the county of Middlesex but since 1965 has been part of Greater London. The area’s known for some of its local landmarks. Enfield Palace is one of them, remembered today through the Palace Gardens Shopping Centre. The last remains of this 16th century manor house were demolished in 1928, although a plaster ceiling and fireplace have been relocated to a Gentleman’s Row house, where a lot of old houses are situated. Enfield Market is another local place of interest. It was a largely successful venue in the 18th century and is still present.
